Yep. Everyone is right on the money with this one, thurible. Indeterminate age, but it's been around awhile given the rust on the ring.

Thanks for the info, guys. Any idea what the center part with the needles was used for? There is a hole at the bottom which the needle fits into like and needle and seat valve. I can't find any thuribles with that center part online.
