Need some help on early silver spoon hallmarks

I looked at this for a while yesterday. I could not find a silversmith named DAVISON with initials "J. G." - British or otherwise.

The closest I came was an NYC merchant named J. G. Davison doing business in the 1840's. An importer, perhaps?

I could not make anything out of the hallmarks.

Looks more like L G than J G from the picture.
It may just be how it's cropped.

THE LONDON TOUCH MARK IS NEET. CANT MAKE OUT THE DESIGNS ON THE SYMBOLS .
