Need some help on age of poncho and spoon

I FOUND THESE ITEMS AT A YARD SALE JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THE AGE OF THEM AND HOW MUCH THEY ARE WORTH? THE SPOON HAS 84 ON ONE SIDE OF IT AND THE OTHER SIDE HAS A LION WITH AN L OVER IT.THANK YOU

The other is likely a mexican eagle poncho (I think.) I suppose if it is wool is the important thing. They are still made today but not in wool usually..as far as I know.
