My guess is that it is a 17th century china wedding coin

Just kidding, but have you tried Googling the term "17th century china wedding coin"?

It looks as if it were given to the bride and groom who need instruction in positions for their wedding night. Maybe it was a fertility coin like some tribes have idols for good luck in that area. I have a lot of oriental coins but not one of these!
