I found this buckle in west Texas. I found one like it on Google at a antique dealer. It says that it is a pre WW1 Garrison officers buckle. It is bronze. Was it a belt buckle, buckle for something else? Someone else told me it was Indian Wars era? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
