I live in southern utah and own a couple hotels in moab and monticello. I have great managers so I only work about 8 hours a week, so I am always out rockhounding and seriously found so many cool things, azurite, malachite, dinosaur bone, endless petrified wood, the best agate I have ever seen anywhere, sepetarian nodules that are amazing from small to probably 800 pound round ones I can't get, tons of fossil beds and petrified coral, at least 70 aarowheads, 50 spear tips (on private land) and more, but my new thing is meteriotes and they are easy to find with the contrast of the black against the red sandstone, I found 5 this year, one I sold to a local rocks hop for $1,050.00. Wish I didn't do that, so if anyone is interested let me know, all the redneck hicks here don't do that stuff and my son is 2 young, I have plenty of suped up jeeps and trucks and 4 wheelers we can go anywhere, so let me know.
