need info on possible keeper

i read about this on one of tn's forum on saturday.then on sunday i decided to inventory my more valuable findinggs on pc for future references,when i noticed i have a 1959d rosie with what looks like a blob of silver on the torch near the top.i cant find the forum or subject or what it is called or if its worth anything.i decided to rely on thew knowledge of you folks i appreciate all thee help. thanks,DIGGER-UP

Yes, need pics, but a blob on the top (or any other place) of a coin, usually indicates that someone mounted it to something.
