I recently came across a arrow for sale that looks authentic. Im sure this was probably made in the early 1900s as most if not all artifacts that are in this condition would be in a musem, or priced out of this world. This arrow is approximatly 2 ft. long , bird feather fletching, nice stone tip with wraps of possibly hide or gut. Awesome pantina through out which doesnt look faked so Im guessing its 1930s and older.I wish I had a pic but I dont. Priced at $45.00 sounds to good to be true, but still a eye catcher. Does anyone have a authentic arrow that I could see, or a picture of one. This arrow I would own as it would look nice in my collection if it werent for a 6 hour drive to purchase it. With muzzleloader season ending this weekend in Vermont maybe Its time to take a 6 hour tour and offer $35.00 but with my luck it probably sold already.
