Last week I had a great weekend of detecting, but I found the item at the bottom of the photo, which is a thin piece of brass, that I cannot ID.
Nearly all of the finds at the site fall between 1770-1830. Any help on the ID is appreciated.
For those of you who are going to ask, the cylindrical items are bird bands. The small one is from a Purple Martin which was banded in 2004 in Goshen, Cape May Co. NJ. I am still working on the ID of the bigger band.
