Don't believe it's a "sign", but instead is some type of grinder or other tool.

don't think its a sign, looks like it has a purpose.
As in a small directional water way around the center
maybe some sort of baking stone

It looks to me like it has gutters inletted for either like previously mention, grinding or my idea is for butchering live stock. The squared off section could be to kneel in while working, I dunno, pretty cool though

generally alters had 1 flow to collect the blood, or many to disperse it to ground. Similar grinding wheels were generally a wheel driven by donkey around in a circle, without more context it is difficult to make a conjecture. could be part of a water siphon/draw system, or base of an oven or furnace. It looks incomplete whatever it is. If it is roman, their technology was far mor sophosticated than we like to think, they had vending machines, water fountains and automatic door openers. manual grinding was abandoned long before.

thanks Zombieraccoon! i also have found water borehole and grave very close from the sign, at the area surrounding the location there is a roman church 100m distance.003.jpg
