Found this men's bangle ring but i need help identifying the markings

The photos are blurry but I can see that the ring looks like it that came from a gumball machine.

The signs that we notice are that it has an adjustable band and looks to be made out of aluminum, the edges are sharp and oxidation is apparent.

What size is this? (I think of a bangle as a bracelet)
