it's in the token catalog database as 'unlisted'. Their example is in poor condition and I'm sure they would appreciate to use pics of yours. My guess, based on style. is your token probably dates to the 1910's

That is a very cool token. I just recovered one from Bluffton, Indiana last week for the Elks Club good for 5 cents. Love those tokens.

You may be able to contact someone from this website to get the info you need. It lists all the businesses in Henry County from 1909 to 1987 but Levi's Room is not listed. HCGS - Henry County, Indiana Business Registry 1909-1987 I am guessing it may have been a bar or saloon before 1909. Good luck.
