Need help with this Brass green thing??

I found this piece at a old site on a river . I also found the other relics the same day with it.. I know the one piece is part of a old gun ..And the other goes to an old keg..But what is the green thing.. PBK

Hey mojjax I guess it could be part of a cane The one end is very small ,about the size of a cigarette..It also as some kind of chamber in the bottom?? More pics.
