It's all in the eye of the beholder imo. It's pretty nice and a lot better then many you see. Maybe one of the patrons of that same Green Parrot bar did the work?. I myself drank many a cold beers at the Green Parrot in Buena Vita Colorado and me and the owner were mining partners around 39+ years ago now. I still stop by for a good laugh with my old pard, every now and then.
