Need help with signature on painting and subject

Hi and I hope all Is well for everyone. Thank you in advance. I have this vintage painting from 1980. It is painted on plexy glass. It is signed as well, which I’m hoping someone can make out. Also what do you see in this painting? And style? Any help is appreciate.

top pic looks like dog or horse races . looks like David Dunn's work to me.

It is horses in the gates before a race but I cant make heads or tails of signature. LeRoy Neiman did sports art around the 80's in that style, but that signature is not a match.
