Need help with name

Hi gang. Was at a estate sale and saw a painting signed WM Fenwick Blanchard 1956. Just seeing if anyone has heard of him or can help find any info on him. I’ve have come up empty. I couldn’t get a pic as no service where I was. The painting was a abstract carnival scene folk artist look
