I've seen that mark on Heisey Glassware . I wonder if they made jewelry ?

A number of jewelry firms have used an "H in diamond" mark, among them J. & L Hartzberg of New York, Jacob Hookaylo of Newark, and Haltom Jewelers of Ft. Worth. However, in each of those cases the diamond is usually oriented differently (wider side to side), as shown below.
