It is an earlier Presidential Commemorative token

The presidential token is from one of the sets produced over the years. If it is brass it may be from the earliest set. The watch is a hunter case from late 1800's. There is probably no way to tell what brand watch was in it.

It's worth more in your display case than it would be if you sold it .. they generally go in the $5.00 range (+ or -)
