Need Help With ID

Picked this up at a garage sale. Was the first guy there, and the house was rather nice. I can't really make out the name. Anyone have any info on this piece?

The sig is difficult to make out. If you can get a little closer that will help. Also, is the painting oil on canvas, oil on board, if you tap the front does it feel like cardboard? If canvas, does it have small tacks/nails, is canvas aged (brown in color)? Thanks.

Like Diggummup, I think Dutch. Note the wooden shoes and dutch tiles around the fireplace.

Name is somewhat similar to Augusto Blay, who was a Cuban? artist, but can only find a few pictures.

Adrianus (Adri) Bleys. Not sure of the value, looks like it has a hole in it? Good call on it being Dutch. If you search google images, it seems like that old dude is his favorite subject.
