Need help with ID

My son found this at a old farm outside of Emmitsburg MD. we have no clue to what it is any ideas? it has 2 old flintlock pistols on it looks like a pin of some kind.

It's a US Army Military Police collar disc.

They adopted crossed pistols in 1922. If yours is a two piece it's still used today. If it's a one piece it's 1922-ww2 era and a little after.
