Need help with ID and date and company

Would love any info on this Supervisors badge. Was found at an old home 1900's. In Spokane Washington. Any age or history would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time MackDOg

Hmmm... Plain badge, plain font, initials only, no logo... Looks like government issue to me. Municipal Authority Spokane?
