Need Help with Hallmark & "Stone" ID

Picked up this necklace in a lot at an estate sale a couple weeks ago. It's not much larger than choker length. The clear "stones" are cool to the touch. All of those are smooth, some are faceted, & some have flaws. The fish hook clasp is hallmarked as shown & tests for 14k. Any info as to maker or "stone" id would be helpful.

Not sure of the maker but the clear stones are more than likely colorless quartz. Aka rock crystal.
