Nurnberg? I have a similar drawing I bought in Germany in the early 90s of Rothenberg ob de Tauber. I'll see if I can find it.

I don't know who did it but the word next to Nurnberg is Wehrgang. It refers to the defensive corridors at the top of the perimeter walls of a Castle, monastery or fort, which is what your print depicts.

DCMatt would be a good one to ask about this. Agreed on the "Nuremburg - Wehrgang" but can't decipher the signature. Could be an L or H, I think the second letter is a ü.

This is a photo from on top of imperial castle the building to the right is same building in the etching

Here is another etching circa 1930. You can see one artist or the other took some "artistic license" in making the sketch.
