I dug this a few months ago and never got around to posting it. I believe it is a commemorative spoon from 1895 the 29th national campment. I did hit it pretty bad. On the back it says kaufman straus co. a store in Louisville ky. I have done some research but cant find anything on it Any help would be apricated.

Kaufman Straus was a local Louisville department store established in 1879. At the time of the encampment it was located on South 4th Street.
