need help with coil....PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

I use garrett gtax 750...only md have ever owned...for about 16 mos . came with 8.5 inch crossfire 11 coil . I recently bought a 12.5 in crossfire 11 coil . was told i could get more depth and cover more ground . i usuall use factory programs , mostly coin mode . But with larger coil i lose depth usually will not show a dime , quarters about half as deep as with smaller coil . forget pennies and nickles. what do i need to do to get this thing to work

Never heard of that before, sorry. I would think if you got a huge coil you would start missing the shallower small targets, but I don't think that coil qualifies as huge by any means. Might want to call Garrett and see what they have to say.
