Need Help With Button

Found this 2 1/2 inches down with the at pro. Landowner said they buldozed alot of the land do to farming. Property goes back 1740's just want to see if i can get anymore info on it. anyone ever seen one like this?

It is a Colonial era 1-piece solid cast pewter button, made during the 1600s through the 1700s. The design on its front, showing eight Cornucopias arranged in a circle, is not a military emblem, so it was manufactured for use on civilian clothing.
