Need help with BUTTON ID

I recently found this button in a box of old things from an auction. This picture is not the best (taken from my scanner). My camera is causing me problems. The edges of the crown and button are much sharper (they seem fuzzy and rounded in the scan). The back of the button has a CD above the eyelet. Any help would be great.

Nice, I am a lot of things but a button expert not. I have seen a lot of buttons on T-Net but can not place
or remember this one.

Looks like a c. 1910-18 Prussian Army, Essen Troops button; however, most of the ones I've seen are of white metal, two-piece construction.

That's a Prussian crown, anyway.
