Need help with button id

Thanks for looking. I found this button a while back and I have missed placed my Albert's button book. The backmark is not there and it is in some rough shape. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what it is and how old by the pics.

Looks like this flat anchor button made by the Waterbury Button Company, Pattern #21391 (Fashion Button)

I will note the rope tip is slightly different that your button. You'll have to decide.
