Sixty five of those years were spent with his wife Mar git Wale Grose on Cape Cod in Dennis, Mass. Margit and David spent a productive life raising two children, Margaret and Daniel, and ran a business together, Grose Gallery, for over forty years. David was an extraordinarily intelligent, dignified, and gifted person in all the arts. He was one of the world's top experts on silk screen printing. David was also a master painter, wood engraver, and illustrator.
