Need help with a “rock”

All my life I have had this “rock” that’s been in our house. Always thought it was weird. But not until tonight that my dad had told me he had it tested. And therefore that’s why it is cut in half.
He said it’s not a meteor but was told that it was “one of the first rocks to roil on earth”. So now I am curious about it. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this ??
