need help with a knife

Hello, I went out today, my second time ever and found this knife! Does anyone have a suggestion on how I should clean it up. It looks like both sides have/had wood on it. It also looks like there is a blade on both the top and bottom of the knife. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

I don't know what kind of knife it is, but last year I found one with the little thing on top of it. I thought it might have served as a cork screw. Just guessing. Very interesting find thought. HH....
