If you can't find a cover why not coat the bottom and sides of the coil with marine epoxy. This lasts years and if it wears out you apply more. Don't do this to new coils as it voids the warranty of the coil. An advantage to the epoxy is black sand doesn't get inside the cover so it needs to be cleaned out all the time.

Here's an original idea. Stop destroying your coils by dragging them over an abrasive surface. Forget the coil cover and just hold your coil, like it was designed to be used, 1" above the abrasive serface. Frank
