Well the first three as I'm sure you know are bullets. We'd need a precise measurement in 1/100ths of an inch to positively ID them for you. I'd say the one in the center is the oldest from the patina. TheCannonballGuy knows quite a bit about old bullets, and can probably tell you more.

The other piece reminds me of a valve handle of some sort.

The Francis England item seems to be made of lead.

At 24/64ths on an inch your bullet is likely a .38 cal. Possibly .38 Long Colt. I'd guess it to be late 1800's early 1900's
