Need help on phone token

Found this in an area with a lot of other 20's era finds. Love it because it has the exact same spelling as my last name. Does anyone know more about it? Other side says "Phone 135". Thanks.

Ironic as heck. thats also the exact spelling of my lastname.

Great find! I just joined due to this thread. I just found one of these in Columbia city Indiana along with a vintage fort wayne loom 5 cent in trade token, from moose lodge 200 1910-1920. Finding old horse shoes as well. My search site in on the old reservation area by the EEL river and little turtle area and also the natural game trail.
