Need help is this a mistrike Quarter

I'd second enamel7's opinion. But most grease-filled dies would have some additional detail on the last number. It's certainly unusual, but can't guarantee a mistrike until weight, diameter, thickness are confirmed. Too many oddities being created out there by forgers. Also, when showing any coin, please show both sides. What affects one side often has confirmation in the other side.

In looking at the reverse, I don't see indication of a soft strike.

While loss of a digit in the date often indicates a strike through grease, this looks (to me) more like a completely clogged die strike. Could make it more valuable. But would need independent authentication through an independent grading service such as ANACS or PCGS.
