need help in artist signature id

Hi my name is jay I received an original oil portrait of JFK it is an astonishing painting but even tho I am an art collector I have never come across with this signature before the painting is a single edition it has no part in any limited edition or any number of individual paints anywhere is an amazing portrait lots of texture in the canvas besides the signature the only other info in the piece is the date and for identification purposes I got the work here in Pennsylvania so it might be local but I got it from my uncle who just commuted suicide so I have no idea where to start my investigation on the artist the signature reads as following: G.W.BARLOK OR POSIBLY BABLOK IS DATED 1969 AND ON THE SIGNATURE THE NAME IS ENCAPSULED BY WHAT I BELIEVE IS A HUGE CAPITAL G WIYH TWO LINES ON TOP ANY IDEAS WILL BE WELCOME AND WELL APRECIATED THANKS ALSO I CAN SEND PICS IF ANYONE TELLS ME HOW TO

Forgot to mention I have search to see if it is a recreation from another portrait but in the past six months I haven't been able to find that portrait anywhere
