Old home radio. Big round thing had the numbers on it. Probably fifties or sixties vintage as it was tube-type. The little round sockets are where the tubes plugged in. It's not from a car as evident by the square AC power transformer that is visible in the rear.

Looks like the remains of an old tube-type radio chassis.

The tuner is located on front to the right. Thats what you used to tune in the radio stations.
