Need help IDing button

I dug this today and need some help IDing it. It measures 7/8 inch across.

You have yourself a WWII Button or better known as a sunburst because of the sunburst above the eagle.
Ther eis an argumnet that these are WWI,but from the sites I dig that are strictly WWI or the WWII sites I know the difference......anyhow

The WWI button did not have the rim on the edge of the button like yours,and If memory serves me right I think the rim was added onto it in 1921.

But this patter of button is still in use today.But If you could give us the backmark off the back we might be able to narrow it down more for you.
