You have a Tibetan silver coin! I think it is a 3 Srang (1935-1946).

very nice and a dug find too --maybe a WW2 vet brought it home as a lucky piece and lost it or a tibetian after ww2 brought it over with him and lost it. cool no matter how it got there silvers always good.
