looks like a late 60's bong to me, but I been driknin' it's OK.

Expert old guy sittin' next to me sezs "Fishin' Magican": early model; 1960's.

I had one of those, Very enique. The line came out of the reel through the center of the pole. I only have some parts of it left. I have only seen 2 in my life. I dont know who made it, but I'll look next time I'm out in the barn.

Not really a match either but found this one in completed sales on eBay. listed as antique 1800's fishing reel oil can. But no crank on it. interesting find for sure though.

I think it had a poll permanently attached and line comes out right under where poll was connected. Think it holds any value?
