Found this today in Arkansas while walking through some woods. Solid metal with 3 holes in it. It's about the size of a baseball or a little bigger. I found it at the base of a big ridge in a natural spring creek drainage close to where a 1800s military road went through. Have any of y'all seen anything like this before?

1st - I noticed this was your very first post Razorback87 - so, Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

2nd - I moved from Today's Finds! over to Forum: What Is It? for more exposure.

I wonder if it's the top to a wood stove, the place where the stove pipe went in? ...d2
