I'm learning. Thank you so much!

The rock? is 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. As you can see in the photos it has these strange black balls embedded in it. It also has a tiny tiny horn shell stuck in a crevice.

Could be just an old piece of "live rock" Rock from in the ocean that was porous and tiny sea creatures lived in it, could also have been a piece of ancient coral.
