Need help identifying this lead ingot

I found this ingot on a golf course that used to be a farm. It was down about 8 inches and about 10 yards from where I found a .69 cal. musket ball a few weeks prior. It measures 1" x 1/2" x 1/4", and is stamped 1/4 oz. with the initials T-A-W and 7gm. Total weight is one ounce, and is scored so 4, 1/4 ounce sections can be separated. The gm is the old symbol for grams. Any help identifying this ingot or info on its use would be appreciated. Thanks.
