✅ SOLVED Need help identifying this button PLEASE!!

I found this button 1 mile east of sulfur trestle just north of Athens, Al...I found another one next to the railroad track a half mile east of huntsville, Al.....of course u can see the Louisiana pelican but the part that puzzles me is the 3 keys....are they representative of a military school or some college crest? any help would be greatly appreciated...I have looked in all the button books and online but never seen another like them....thanks in advance!! http://tnet.forumfoundry.com/forums/images/smilies/BangHead.gif
