Need help Identifying these please

I know these are millitary I have spent the past 3 hours looking at pics and everything else I am having NO LUCK can anyone help me identify these PLEASE

They look like US collar devices, but I can't tell if they're an inch across or the size of dinner plates. They also look like cast iron maybe, and that would also eliminate collar devices.
