Need Help Identifying These Mystery Medals

Hi there. Can anyone identify these medals. The gold medal has the dates 1826-1926 and what looks like Russian writing. The other medal I am guessing is a WW2 medal from one of the Communist countries. Thanks for the help.

This might help.The red star is one of the Order of the red star Medals (Russian) but can't find a match.The small star is the key to which Medal it is.Hope this helps

I was thinking that as well. But china and Vietnam also use the red star
