Need Help Identifying Possible Fossil from Western Kentucky

Hello! This is my first time posting here. Iā€™ve been collecting for years and these have me stumped. I found these in Western Kentucky in an area with exposed Warsaw Formation limestone. Iā€™ve never found anything that even remotely resembles them in my area and could really use some help with an ID. I believe them to be fossils, possibly some sort of Gastropod, but honestly have no idea. I apologize for all of the pictures but was hoping that would help in getting an ID. Thank you in advance!

Your items look like the inner remains of fossil shells, with calcification build-up.
 

Thank you! I had a feeling thatā€™s what they were but had never found any that big or that looked like they did before. Wanted a second opinion for sure.
 

I don't know what they are, but they look like fossil remains to me. Very cool to look at! Thanks for sharing.
