✅ SOLVED Need help identifying possible farm equipment

Hey everyone, I found this and given the area I'm in I figured it is farm related but I'm not sure what it is. Any insight is appreciated. There's a root growing through the hook that I haven't taken out yet. If someone is able to identify it, any idea how old it is? Thanks
