Need help identifying Dishes...Sausalito?

Selling these for a friend. There was a garage sale type sticker on one that said Sausalito and the price was quite high. Hoping someone can identify them by the mark on the bottom and style.

Looks like 1960's-1970's Japanese Stoneware -- maybe otagari? Or maybe its a set of stoneware from Saulsalito Califorina?
