Need help identifying coat of arms Livery button

I dont have a lot of experience with these. But, I found 3 of them in my yard buried. I did look at the sites listing them but I cant seem to find one quite like it. There are some odd symbols. Like the curved arrow.

Ask all the questions you want. The way the button is struck makes me think it's a blazer button, plus I think my daughter had that button on a blazer about 20 years ago.
